Aashal Jhanwar began her academic journey by pursuing a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Pune, alongside the Company Secretary course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has gained practical experience working with both a Practicing Company Secretary firm and a law firm after completing her education.
Her core areas of expertise include advising on appropriate business structures, handling incorporations, ensuring ongoing secretarial and legal compliance, conducting due diligence for fund-raising activities, and drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
She is known for her inquisitive approach and strong commitment to her work. She aims to simplify legal concepts and make the law more accessible to a wider audience. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys sketching and provides mentoring to CS and law students.
